Once you have added the Create Your Own Menu program to your cart, you can select each of the meals and your protein ball flavour in the "customise box" tab in the right hand check out bar.

  • Who is this program suitable for: anyone looking for healthy, convenient meals that are low carb, high protein and contain loads of vegetables.
  • Why would you select the Be Fit Man program: Men can lose up to 5 kilograms of body fat in just two weeks, whilst maintaining muscle.
  • What should you expect: A real food meal plan containing 1000 calories per day (without breakfast) with no sugar, low sodium and loads of healthy plant-based foods. We provide you with breakfast, lunch, two-course dinner and two protein-based snacks. In addition to your meals and snacks, we provide you with an ‘Allowed Extras List’ with nutritious, low carb side vegetables, salads and snacks that you can make yourself and enjoy alongside your Be Fit Food program.
  • How long can I be on the Be Rapid program: You can use this program for as long as you need to. For best results, we recommend being on the Be Fit Man program for a minimum of two weeks.
