Chilli & Ginger Baked Fish (GF)*
A fresh fillet of premium grade fish is marinated in a light, salt reduced soy dressing with classic asian flavours of chilli, ginger, lemongrass, lime and spices. This is served on a bed of brown rice and bright, asian green vegetables. The fish is just cooked lightly so that when you reheat it, there is a delicious, freshly cooked texture. Rich in omega 3's for healthy joints and like all our meals, packed with nutrients and protein.

Keep frozen. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 5 days.
Microwave: Peel corner of film before reheating. From frozen - heat for 4-5 minutes on high stirring occasionally. If defrosted - heat for 2-3 minutes. Stir and heat further if required. Stand for 1-2 minutes for natural water content from meal to settle before opening. Cooking times are a guide and may vary depending on your appliance.
Oven: Once defrosted - transfer meal to an oven-proof dish. Heat in a fan-forced, moderate oven for 10-15 minutes.
Stove: Once defrosted - transfer meal to a pot and stir for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
*I might be a little bit watery after heating but that’s because I am all natural, full of veggies and zero artificial thickeners. Simply drain me before you serve & enjoy the goodness!
