- Who is this program suitable for: Anyone seeking rapid weight loss or a metabolism reset – to lose the first 5-15kg of excess weight at a rate of 2-4kg per week

- How long can I be on the Be Rapid program: You can use this program for 2-8 weeks as a metabolism reset. We recommend to repeat Be Rapid every season for at least 1-2 weeks to keep you on track
