It tastes just like a traditional porridge but it’s what we've done to the nutrients that is amazing. Our porridge contains 3 to 5 times the amount of fibre and protein of the typical porridge. Why did we do this? Because at BE Fit Food we want every meal to be packed with the amount of nutrients your body needs. This will help you meet your nutrient requirements for the day that's something usual porridge can't do.  As all our breakfasts have very similar nutritional profiles, you only need to choose the meal that suits you, and be confident you are eating something that is healthy for you. This is our delicious Gluten Free version, made with quinoa, flaxseeds and almond meal (and no oats cos they contain gluten).

And we have used real vanillin and real cinnamon to give a subtle yet delightful hint of flavour. just add you own creative toppers to bring more flavour if you like. but be careful to not add any calories if you are on BE RAPID.

We are confident you will be pleasantly surprised by how full you get after just one serve and how long you are full for. It's the protein and the fibre and the lack of refined sugar that will get you nice and full. Perhaps you won't even be able to finish this serve, even though it looks so small.

Store in the cupboard or refrigerator.

Microwave: Heat in the container or transfer to a microwave suitable bowl with 160mL water. Remove the lid and replace lightly. Cook for 60 seconds on high. Sit for one minute, stir and heat for a further 15-30 seconds if needed. Add more water to adjust the texture.
Stove: Add porridge to a saucepan with 160mL water. Stir over a medium heat continuously for 2-3 minutes until desired texture is achieved.
